Radio Free Sarawak was given free publicity and promotion by none other than the Rt. Hon. Alfred Jabu who went to town rubbishing the station in his winding-up speech yesterday. Instead of getting rebuttals from the Opposition Bench, Jabu was left with silence. Instead, the Rt. Hon. Baru Bian thanked the Deputy Chief Minister for raising the status of the station to that of a national security threat! Baru Bian also demolished the Rt. Hon. Adenan Satem's statement which attempted to define ancestral lands according to outdated Statute Law, citing various Common Law landmark cases which have created precedent to overrule the statutes. RFS also reports on the so-called defection of 100 PKR members from the party and hears the other side of the story from William Barang, the current Division Head of the party in the region concerned.
