The development is part of the key strategic planning in the Bandar Seri Begawan Master Plan implemented by the Ministry of Home Affairs in collaboration with the Ministry of Development Around 492 residents from 94 houses will be affected by the said project and they will move into their new houses in Kg Katok by tomorrow (January 11). Intake for Islamic religious schools increases Posted: 08 Jan 2014 09:11 PM PST BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN: The number of new students enrolled in Islamic religious schools in the Sultanate has increased from five thousand and thirty six in 2013 to five thousand and three hundred fifty eight students this year, Brudirect reported. The statistic released by Department of Islamic Studies, Ministry of Religious Affairs (MoRA) shows that majority of the new kindergarten intakes for 2014 academic year are from Brunei-Muara District with three thousand and nine hundred twenty seven pupils. Belait District lands a second place with seven hundred and five. Another six hundred and twenty from Tutong and the remaining one hundred and six students are from Temburong. Among these students is His Royal Highness Prince 'Abdul Muntaqim who begins his religious school session at the International School Berakas Religious School. His Royal Highness is accompanied by her beloved mother, Her Royal Highness Paduka Seri Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Anak Sarah during a briefing at said private religious school.
