We begin our show today with a round-up of the latest news with Indai Selaka. Then Andrew Lasah from Belaga, representing the Kenyah Samboh, takes the lead and tells RFS how they have managed a good harvest from their cash crops after protesting for a year against multi-national Ekran which was responsible for the construction of the Bakun Dam which eventually relented and allocated plots of lands for the tribe. The Rt. Hon. Alan Ling in Miri from the Democratic Action Party, a member of the Opposition Coalition, questions why 8,000 parking lots have been 'privatised' by the Miri City Council and wants to know the details of this odd privatisation exercise which has no precedence in the state. Land rights activist and customary law expert Nicholas Bawin explains how the recent land grabs in the Serian District have been done surreptitiously without the knowledge of the residents is not a new phenomenon but the modus operandi of many companies. He said this should serve as a warning to other ancestral First Nation peoples all over Sarawak to be fully aware of their rights and their land boundaries and the movements of heavy machinery in their areas.

Berita pendek dari Indai Selaka, bersama YB Alan Ling mengulas mengenai pengurusan tempat letak kereta di bandar Miri yang merangkumi lebih 8000 parking lot telah diswastakan sedangkan yang sepatutnya diuruskan sendiri oleh MCC ( Miri City Council ). Andrew Lasah pemimpin Kaum Kenyah Samboh di Sungai Belaga melaporkan hasil dari membuat sekatan terhadap Syarikat Ekran yang telah menjangkau setahun telah membuahkan hasil kerana strategi yang berkesan untuk mencapai matlamat tanpa mengunakan kekerasan. Radio Free Sarawak bukan sahaja diminati oleh rakyat Sarawak dan telah terbukti ianya berkembang ke Kuantan Pahang dimana Michael Sarkawi secara tidak sengaja memainkan gelombang pendek RFS, beliau juga telah mempromosi siaran ini kepada rakan satu gereja. Kejadian pencerobohan tanah adat di Serian oleh syarikat  pembalakan tanpa pengetahuan penduduk bukanlah perkara baru tetapi atas semangat kerjasama mempertahankan tanah dari terus diceroboh menurut Nicholas Bawin. Kesedaran ini seharusnya menjadi contoh kepada mana-mana pihak yang terlibat dalam masalah yang sama.
