Banjarbaru Hospital construction Rp199 Billion

BANJARBARU, South Kalimantan: Banjarbaru hospital development would cost the Regional Budget (APBD) for two years city budget of Rp199 billion, Antaranews reported.

The hospital development on Jalan Trikora, Guntung Manggis Village, is now started and marked the first pole erection (ground breaking) by Mayor Banjarbaru, Ruzaidin Noor on Monday.

"We hope that the construction of the new hospital to be representative health facilities in an effort to provide health care for all citizens," the mayor said.

According to the mayor, the construction of the hospital is done by PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk is in line with the mission of realizing Banjarbaru as a healthy city through community health improvement.

The city government with Banjarbaru DPRD is committed to realize its mission to realize Banjarbaru as Healthy City, so they agreed to allocate development funds amounting to hundreds of billions.

"As per the agreement supported by the Council the budget allocated to the ceiling of Rp139,6 billion in 2014 and Rp77,3 billion in 2015 used to finance the construction of the hospital," he said.

He asked, PT Adhi Karya who is entrusted by the municipal government and the community to carry out the work according to plan with attention to timeliness, quality and volume of work.
