Native villagers found ‘not guilty’ and released!

Today, Adi from Tuyut bring us good news from Miri court. He says that 4 villagers have been arrested by police last two months was release and found not guilty, they been charge for protesting against Boustead Pelita and destroyed the bridge and security house. However, he says that those "security guards" who engaged by company still on the scene.

And we have update from Bengoh resettlement. Itodio Piew, the chairman of Bengoh resettlement scheme tells that there is no school at the new place, and if the authority abide the promise, ready the essential facilities, then he think that all of the villagers willing to move in.

Lastly, we hear from our veteran commentator Christina Suntai on the ethics shall apply to all civil servants. She says community leaders' meritorious work ethic is needed by all, regardless of which political party is in power.

Adi dari Tuyut melaporkan bahawa mahkamah telah memutuskan untuk memberikan kemenangan kepada mereka berkenaan kes mereka di lokap kerana di tuduh  membakar jambatan dan pondok security. Tetapi beliau masih tidak berpuas hati kerana samseng tersebut masih lagi bekerja dengan company tersebut.
Itodio Piew pengerusi Bengoh resettlement scheme menjelaskan bukan semua tak mahu berpindah, malah lebih ramai yang telah berpindah daripada yang belum berpindah.mereka ada meeting dengan Dato Sri James Dawos Mamit tentang isu ini., ada 4 perkara dituntut. 1. Tetapkan tarikh rasmi berpindah; 2. Tanah diluar parameter survey dibayar; 3. Elaun sara hidup spt di Murum; 4. Moving Grand dibayar bersama semasa pindah.
Beliau juga tak puas hati kerana penempatan baru bengoh masih tak ada sekolah yang ketika ini menumpang di bangunan yang diberi oleh pemaju projek empangan bengoh.Beliau berandaian, jika semua tuntutan ini dipenuhi, besar kemungkinan semua penduduk akan setuju berpindah.
