Today, the story of Cherita, the Iban headman of Ulu Teru. In an exclusive interview he recounts how he stood up to land-grabbers and even the police when they took the side of the company and tried to prevent his harvest. His message to local people is not to be fearful – if they are brave against injustice no one can hurt them.

Also, the NGO BRIMAS Director Mark Bujang strongly refutes Dr.Johnical Rayong (Engkilili assemblyman) statement's that the government has never taken NCR lands from the Dayak people. He questions, why are there more than 300 NCR land cases pending hearing in the High Court and more  coming?

And more from the ground in Tuyut, where our reporter DJ Peter John Jaban has been finding out about the conflict between villagers and "security guards" working for the plantation company Boustead.

Stay tuned!

Mark Bujang.Setiausaha Agung,Brimas mengulas komen Dr.Johnical Rayong(Adun Engkelili) Jangan mempercayai dakwaan NGO ataupun mana-mana parti pembangkang yang mengatakan kerajaan ada merampas tanah NCR rakyat. Mark Bujang kata tu kenyataan salah.
